When we transfer a call direct to voicemail to an SCN extension at another site, the caller receives a voicemail collect action ("Welcome to IP Office, For help dial *8, etc.") versus actually getting a direct to voicemail transfer where they can leave a message. It works as expected in the local office with the local voicemail but not over the SCN.
