I have jsut installed SP1 through the updates and now on start up it goes into a loop of rebooting. It gets to a certain spot in the startup and just reboots. Any help?
The only way to uninstall SP1 is through the Add Remove Programs in Control Panel, and then only if you installed SP1 with the archive old files option.
How did the install of SP1 go, were there any errors? Did you have any problems?

You Cannot Use the "Start Windows Using Last Known Good Configuration" Feature to Remove SP1.
The options in Recovery Console are limited because SP1 has overwritten the Repair folder in C/Windows.
It may be possible to still do something with Recovery Console such as deleting all the System Files and extracting from the original CD, but it seems a messy procedure and you still have the Registry to worry about. This is why the re-install (repair) option is favoured.
If you have a backup of the above mentioned Repair folder and can swap it with the one created by SP1 then you can try this Recovery Console option.
