I have 2 questions.
I have a ip office 403 running at a costumer with software version 2.1 (35). (I don't dare to upgrade it to version 3.0 cause it is a dt).
Question 1: The costumer is complaining that when he is on the phone and a second call comes in and he ends the call he is busy with the duration before you can anwser the next call is about 4 or 5 seconds. It looked up the wrap-up time but it stands for 2 seconds. Is there away to shorten the time or even better kill the wrap-up time so i can anwser the new call immediatly.
Question 2: I have programed the button's of the
phones(2050) as following. User - "Phone name"
So that they can dail very easy and see when someone is on the phone.
Now the costumer says that before i reloaded and upgraded the system he could press the user button on a phone from a phone that is in a call and then he saw the number of the customer that was connected to that phone.
(i never knew how the button was programmed before cause it was from a previous dealer and password proteced)
Does someone know a way to program the buttons so that i can comply to the wish of the customer.
