working with projector.exe file

I have received a projector.exe file that is a slide show made from a number of photographs. Is there a way to extract the images from that file? I have not had any success.

Other than that I don't think so, its compiled to binary. A .dcr file can be pulled to bits to get the graphics (but not scripts) but I think .exe is no longer in a format Director can real.
