My question is, how can i make a option 11C system working with relase 1123 to work with both dti2 card for r2 signalling, and a DTI card for a t1 circuit
do you have both cards (T1 and E1).
For R2 you need MFC circuits. In the option 11C the SSC card in slot 0 give you four MFC circuits for R2 signaling.
ok. yes i have both t1 and e1 cards installed on the system, i have an MFC card. the real problem tha i have is that i have r2 for local calls, because the equipment is installed on Mexico, and i have the T1 for an international circuit that goes from mexico to Chicago. The thing is that i need to work with both cards on the same time. Originally i did not install the equipment but know i will, so i need to get it work. and like i tould you the main software was the 1124 but i got damage so i had an 1123 on my office and install it temporally on the system untill i get the 1124 again
I don´t see a problem.
You have two circuits.
One with the PSTN in Mexico with R2. You can work in the E1 link first and after work with the other link (T1 with your provider). Did you work with R2 in the Meridian systems ?. You need to obtain the R2 table that your PSTN use for this link and the default SICA table in the option 11C.
