Word or Excel Attachments coming up in Express

Hello,

Hoping someone can tell me how to fix this issue. User has Outlook 2000 and it is working fine. If you want to attach a document within a e-mail, you can see the global list for all staff.

If you are in Excel and Word wishing to send this document, the process uses Outlook Express. This prevents the user from seeing the global e-mail list for the company. Something changed and I just can not find it because before it would come up as an Outlook 2000 e-mail.

Hoping you can help me out. Thank You in advance for your time and effort on this matter.

Tim,

Open internet explorer, goto tools, then internet options, then click on the programs tab and make sure Outlook is selected for Email, Newgroups,Calendar, and contact list.

Let me know if this works.
