Hoping someone can tell me how to fix this issue. User has Outlook 2000 and it is working fine. If you want to attach a document within a e-mail, you can see the global list for all staff.
If you are in Excel and Word wishing to send this document, the process uses Outlook Express. This prevents the user from seeing the global e-mail list for the company. Something changed and I just can not find it because before it would come up as an Outlook 2000 e-mail.
