WinPDM -"A Java Runtime Environment has to be installed" 2

Hi all,

I'm probably missing something fundamental here but I've just installed the WinPDM software to set up some DECT phones for a new install and when I try and open it, it just keeps coming up with the above message and quits.

I've got the latest Java on both the laptops I've tried - one is Win 7 Pro and the other Win 7 Home Pro - same message.

If I can't get WinPDM to run is there another way to set up the DECT phones?

Do you have java 7 installed? download version 6 and install it instead, not all older software recognizes java 7 and will come up with the above message

Make sure you have java for 32 and 64 bits when you run it on 64 bits machines.
