Can anyone point my in the right direction? I am looking at changing the ip address from 10.27.9.60 to 10.27.9.50 this is a Windows 2003 Server with AD, DHCP, DNS and win server running. I am changing the ip address, DNS, Wins server is because we have 100s of Workstation at our other branches pointing to 10.27.9.50. And it is easier to change the address at the server then at the workstations. I'd tried changing the ip address, DHCP, DNS and Wins server to the new address (10.27.9.50) BUT for some reason it doesn't work. When I try to login on my workstation it takes forever (like 10 mins) when I finally managed to login, I'd run the ipconfig /all command in dos mode and the DNS show up with the old address (10.27.9.60). Any ideas?
