i build two phone one 2008 and the other one is 3903, both with the same DID number and roll over. 2008 can not transfer the call or if 2008 put a call on hold, the 3903 can not pick it up and answer. what is wrong? any help appriciated. thanks.

If it is programmed as an SCR then one set busys the other set out. If you want 1 set to be able to pick up the line from the other set, change POD to POA in the CLS.

scr's work that way. mcr's don't.. with the same scr cls poa it will work like a key system.. with mcr's it works like a pbx.. i answer mcr 2000, to give that call to another user with mcr 2000, i transfer to 2000.. if the 1st post did not fix the problem, post the tnb's
