Is there a reason you specifically need 4.0?
I see 3.0 and 4.2 which suggests to me that 4.2 is what you should be looking for.

We have no software assurance and looking to replace a hard drive that has 4.0 on it. I don't think we can do an upgrade to 4.2 but we can find MSL 9.1.24.0 which has 14.0.1.7 on it in the MAS 2.0 SP1 download . Do you see any issue using the Nupoint on the MAS download and not the standalone software

Yes, the MAS is licensed separately from the Nupoint. You cannot use the MAS as a host for Nupoint unless you are licensed for MAS
I keep a lot of software versions but I do not have the one you need
