Mitel software installer Mixml Faliure

Dear All
One of our customer has AX with old software 4.2 SP2 PR1. at remote site
When I tried to access it using software installer I got the following error


I've tried Latest MSI and old MSI as well
I hvae confirmed that the user has all root and application checked

any Idea how to get access using the MSI

Can you log into the system?

I'm assuming you're upgrading the system? If so, to what version is the goal?
You will likely need the MSI for 5.x or 6.x., then to 7.x.
