hi, i'm playing with a 4610 and built 2 stations. one is for an agent and one if for a staff member. after i stopped playing with the collector extension, i pressed options, then "logoff" from the phone so i could switch extensions.
i worked on the new extension, changed some keys and now want to switch back to the old phone i built. problem is, when i press the options key, there is no "logoff" button.
why is that and how can i get it back? it worked an hour ago and the phone did not change, just the 2 extensions.
