I have an Avaya IP406 Office, with VoiceMail Pro version 3.0 (15). I need to update the holiday hours schedule. Where can i view the current configuration? Will there be a lot of complicated programming involved to change it?

thanks
bob

it depends on how it was installed, but normally there is a "condition" towards the front of your voicemail tree which would be a calendar with those dates highlighted, under that would be a similar condition for open or closed hours, and it is actually very easy, there is documentation and examples on the support.avaya.com website

Thnaks for you reply, jml2665. I noticed that only the week planning object is used. The calendar condition was never entered. I will look into the VM pro excercises and documentation for more help with this.

it's fairly simple, just stick the new holiday condition before your weekly planner, "true" it to your closed or holiday prompts and "false" it to your weekly planner. thats if you want something simple, you can get more creative but thats the basics
