When ping a website from my computer I get the old IP address 1

I have a website and domain name that were transfered from one Webhost to another.
The domain is propagated and you can open the webpages from the internet... but not from my computer. I am able to surf the internet the only domain that do not open is this particular one.
My problem I think is that when I ping that website from my computer the results are the IP address from the old server. How could I clear this old IP that is linked to my domain name in my computer?

Click Start >> Run

Enter ipconfig /flushdns

Are you Pinging with the actual www. address or the IP number? If the former, is there any Host file entry related to your web site?

I treid again the ipconfig /flushdns but did not work before or now.

He means that if you are pinging using the

http://www address,

to check your hosts file located in your Windows\system32\drivers\etc directory for entries that may be pointing to the old IP address of your domain.
