When is Aux0 used in CMS? By default Aux0 is used for special circumstances... Does anyone have a list of what those circumstances are?

Thanks,

Ray

Reason Codes can be user defined in the Definity. If the switch is set up to request/require Reason Codes (system features) and none is entered, Reason Code 0 is used after 10 seconds. Reason Codes can be defined for Training, Break, Call Follow-Up, etc.

You'll also see the agent in AUX Reason Code 0 when initially logging in and after a RONA.

As BHodgins stated, the phone will temporarily go into AUX when logging in. Therefore, you will always have AUX0 time on your reports. It should be minimal though...

As far as i know, aux0 is used by cms to classify every event that is not in the defined Aux codes.

Hope this helps
