I setup a 6.0 MICS and changes all DN's to start with Ext 200 as the first port up to 271 as the last port. Now when dialing 0 from another station it says invalid number. I would have thought it would have continued going to 221 which isn't the operator but is where 0 used to go. I set the Direct Dial1 to Ext 200 in (System Programming-DirectDial-DirectDial1) and also set DirectDial to a 0 under (System Programming-Access codes). Any one had this problem.

What is the prime set for your lines?

200. The Ext that I want the Dial 0 to go to.

Suggest changing all settings to where you don't want them, exiting programming, reenter programing, set them back, exit programing, reboot.
Of course you are
designating INTRNL uner D-Dial 1
next
specifying ext 200
and making 0 the direct dial digit.

If all else fails try rebooting.

I found the answer. Apparently when I built my template phone to copy I had made Direct Dial per set in the capabilities section from Set 1 to NONE and so when I changed this to SET 1 it works fine.

Ah. The ol' programing trick eh?
