My intent was to change the SMTP address to match our organization's e-mail scheme. The server was setup to use a different domain on the inside. Heard from an instructor that this could be done. Before creating a mass of mailboxes, I changed the default policy under recipient policies to reflect what we use under @ our registered name. I also had created a new SMTP connector and it all seemed to work through the first set of tests and then when I went to re-test an hour later all e-mail seems to have stopped. I cannot pass e-mail hooked via exchange or by pop and smtp now. The e-mail just goes to the sent box but does not get delivered to the recipient mailbox.
Services are all running and the system has been rebooted.
Any ideas?
