We are getting many cases of users sessions crashing with a WFICACE error, like the following:

We are running Metaframe 1.8 SP3. The applications that cause this are all connected to ICA over ICA (We publish desktop, and users' published backend apps are accessed through that)Happens mostly with Frontpage, but also with other apps, e.g. Visio, Heat.
This started happening after we applied ME183W043 for MetaFrame 1.8 on all servers on the farm. No change was made to the ICA client (6.31.1051) on the servers. We don't want to take off ME183W043, as it has improved general stability of the farm.
It also happens more on Winterms, but still occasionally happens on PC's.
