WFICA32 application error

Hopefully someone can assist we have been getting wfica32 application errors while busy working within citrix. This error message seems to disable users from working.
The procedures that we have taken to try and resolve the issue is.
1. Uninstall icaclient delete all references and reinstall
2. Run the Setup command from the Run Command
3. Changed the registry settings for the licensing
4. Finally the last resort formatting the HD and reinstalling all the software.
Because some of the users are not too familiar with the explorer commands and the control panel. We have been trying to find a easy way to solve this situation.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Sounds quite drastic...??!! How often are you having to re-install the clients...??? Its something that crops up now and again on our site (the WFICA32 errors) but is normally easily resolved by a re-install of the client software, we've never had to do any work in the registry of a client...??? Is the problem restricted to a few machines or widespread...??? Is the error appearing whilst actually using the client or just when starting the client...???
