Hi there,
We recently changed our IP addresses on our SCCS 5.0 which has a webclient which is NOT co-res. When I connect to it from my desktop, i cannot run Historical Reports. It says there was an error connecting to the server. We've had this error in the past when the SCCS server and the webclient server weren't talking to each other. BUT I can go on the webclient server itself and run historical reports just fine. So it's not an issue with the servers talking to each other.
On a possibly related note, the IP change has also given us issues with multicast and the real-time displays. The servers are on their own VLAN, is it possible that's affecting the connection from my desktop?
Any suggestions on how to resolve? We have our IT folks looking into our network issues, but they haven't had any luck yet. . .
Thanks in advance.
