Web page only shows source code

Hello,

I created a web site through IIS with new virtual directory and the port is 8080. When I click the defualt.html from Windows Exporer, it shows the page corretly. However, if I go to the page thru URL,

http://server:8080/HR

(HR is the virtual directory name) it only displays the source code.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Did you figure this out per chance? I'm having a similar problem whereas files that should download automatically actually display as text in the browser window.

Yes. After 3 whole days. We tried delete the cookies and things worked well then.

Don't know if this is your situation. HOpe it helps.

This could be due to your file-type assiciations on the client machine. Check those out and see which programs are set to handle the file type in question.
