Hi there.

I am experiencing the following since upgrading to V11.0.1:
Media manager fails to retrieve recordings, then we try log in via Web manager, but it does not access the page for login.
This issue has only arisen since the upgrade from V 10.1 and migration from Contact Recorder to Media Manager

We also see what appears to be a rogue VMPro service that consumes a CPU usage on a continuous basis.

We are running a Powered by Environment, and this appears to be happening on multiple instances, so that seems to rule out a single server issue.

A server reboot seems to clear the access issue however the rogue VMPro service seems to com back after a reboot. I also have the same issue on a Server Select (Non Powered By Avaya server)

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi there, yep I saw this post a few days ago, however, that is only part of the issue, the main part is being unable to access the SE via webmanager.

Still you felt you needed to mention the issue but not that you've seen the fix? *insert part of you nick here*

I imagine VM Pro using 100% of CPU isn't good for the Tomcat service, at least it would be a start to get rid of that and see what happens.
