Web-enabled collabrative Outlook calendar?

Hello All:

Is it possible to create a Web-enabled collabrative Outlook calendar? What I mean is to have an Outlook calendar that authorized users can view/update so that everyone can see what everyone else's scedule is. I'm in a Microsoft shop and they want the look and feel of Outlook.

If not, is there a "shrink-wrap" solution that would be fairly secure?
