Does anyone have a set up guide for this. I looked at the knowledgebase and could not find one. I have a user that has this set up with One-X portal and IP Office communicator but it is grayed out and I am not sure what I missed.
Thanks Mike

Is Communicator working? It's under:
Release 9.1> Applications> Communicator> Administration.

I'd say if the user is greyed out they don't have an IP Endpoint license at a guess.

Administering Avaya Communicator on IP Office
If you want the users to use one-X Portal functionality, then you must configure an associated SIP extension. When you configure an associated SIP extension the system uses an Avaya IP Endpoint license.

Terrestrial gamma-ray flashes (TGFs) are bursts of gamma rays produced in the Earth's atmosphere, usually by lightning. Not easily detectable on earth due to the fact they shoot out into space. A good thing too!

Both the One-X portal and the Communicator are working fine, the option for Web Collaboration is grayed out. I have the users with the power user license and the web collab license. Not sure what setting I am missing. It is hard when they don't give you a manual for set up or what needs to be programmed in the IPO and the Client.
