Wav files for VM Pro

I have to be sure. Can't find it in docs.

Correct format for transferring External Wave files to play in VM Pro modules as entry prompts are:

Bitrate: 128KHz
Audio Sample rate: 8 KHz
Audio sample size: 16 bit
Audio format: PCM
Mono: 1 channel

Are the above settings correct ?

You need to put them in the WAVS map, otherwise it won't work.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\WAVS or
C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\WAVS
