WATS line setup into a Norstar

I have a WATS line that I would like to use to intiate a page to a remote pager. I have a Call Pilot 100. I have 3 mailboxes that can be reached from the WATS line. I would like to be able to send a page to a pager from one of these mailboxes.
1st- How do I set up the Norstar to allow the off system page?
2nd- How do I sent up the remote notification in the Call Pilot

Go to COS and allow Off Prem
Got to the mailbox in administration and allow access to the Pool i.e Pool 1 for pool A
Go to the mailbox in F981 option 8 then 6 to setup the number.

At the present I have the Norstar setup in a squared arrangement. Do I need to setup all of the incoming lines in a pool or just 1 that I can use to make the outgoing call to the pager?

I don't have a callpilot to check this on but I think you can use destination code instead of pool for the mailbox. if not one line should be enough for outdialing from the mailbox.
