We have currently about 20-25 VPN licensed 5621 phones throughout the US for a customer. The phones work great with phone calls and every other feature except using the visual vm feature.
System is on 4.1.15 but we are also experiencing this issue on 4.2.4.
Simply the user presses the Visual VM button and some with get the menu and others the phone will lock up and need to be rebooted. Any ideas? Avaya says there are no "known issues" with this but this is a feature not working on 2 different systems 2 different networks and 2 different software levels. Only thing the same is the same is the programmers
