This issue was originally resolved in thread940-1684082 thanks to kholladay's hMailServer suggestion. I still have this solution set up the same way; however, it has stopped emailing us.

Any clues as to where I should begin looking? I'm tempted to uninstall and reinstall hMailServer but I'm up for any other suggestions before doing so.

Performed the uninstall and reinstall to no avail. I set up the domain and account again. Services were started, all seemed to be normal. However, nothing was showing up in the hMailServer log. Not sure where the disconnect was.. it's as though the Avaya box wasn't sending out to the hMailServer.

Since we have two domains I set the voicemail alerts to go out through the domain which I hadn't used yet. This worked like a charm right off the bat. The domains and accounts look identical and of course they're pulling from the same Protocol and TCP/IP settings.

It seems that the original domain worked for about 6 months and then stopped. I'm hoping that's not the case for this domain as well.
