Troubleshooting voicemail copy to email, monitor trace indicates ,in the call tab , that calls are qued in a LVM string.
Checked the user settings - email addresses correct and copy bullet selected
Checked the advance settings and SMTP address intact ,IT vendor indicated user authentication not reqd and port 25 good
System status indicates no alarms used IP networking tab to ping SMTP server ping was successful with 2 ms return.
Thinking that the qued status would indicate that the SMTP link is down and therefore the email push is buffered but the ping says Im here send me stuff.
Im clueless any ideas ?
