I have the Avaya IP Office system with Voicemail Pro v. 4.1(27). I have set it up to send an email with the .wav file attached. I did this by configuring the Control Panel Ip Office Voicemail Pro Applet with my ISP's SMTP Server information. All was working fine for many months, and then last week, it just stopped sending emails. I have confirmed that the smtp settings are all correct and I am able to send mail using that smtp server. In troubleshooting the problem, I have determined that every time I restart the Voicemail Pro Service (by going into Services), it sends an email with the last voicemail I received. If I do not restart the VMP Service, it will not send the email. Does anyone have any clue what is going on?
