Voicemail pro not in sync with IP Office Rls 9.0.7

Hello All,
Voicemail pro not in sync with IP Office Rls 9.0.7
Changed the password in Security Settings.
Under Administration -> Preferences -> General (or press F9).
First tab, 3rd row... Voicemail Password . However this is greyed out. Unable to change.
Please note VM Pro reside on Virtual Server path D:/ VM
VM Pro Client reside on Windows 7 machine.
Any suggestions?

Does your account have administrator priviliges? Mamager > Security Settings > Account group > last tab there

make sure you run the voicemail client with administrator rights on the PC

you need to log in before you will be able to change preferences



Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

I can log into my voicemail client , download call flows,however selecting F9
General Tab all items including voicemail password are greyed out.

Voice Mail pro resides on virtual server 192.168.42.2
IP OFFICE 192.168.42.1

New findings
It appears that the issue was caused due to security changes implemented on clients infrastructure.
Core switch ports.
