My Option 11C is running on a worn out UPS system causing intermitant power cycles. When the PBX powercycles my voice mail ports com up in a MSB LOG OUT state. The only way to get them back is to have an onsite person reset the card 7 1. Today I have nobody on site.
Is there a way to get the ports back in service remotely?
I have tried DISU and DISC then re-enable, with no luck.
If not is the a way I can do a remote system restart?
