I have seen this happen when the manager program is open when user are in their VM trying to set up thier passwords for 1st time. Make sure Manager is closed when they access their VM and try changing passwords.

Digital12188 your correct. After taking a look at the operations on site. the manager had ben left open for hours. causing of course everything to change after a merge.
