My customer has a ip500 with embedded voicemail that is used for two companies. When company B gets a call from a telemarketer and they don't answer and the telemarketer is automated and just starts its spiel without selecting a station after about 10 seconds the voice mail transfers the call to station 10 which is used in company A. Any suggestions how to stop the transfer. The system is set up in partner mode with 18d phones.
