Voice Mail login incorrect

Hello all,

All of sudden, one voice mail on one the extension does not work.

I tested other vm accounts, they are all working fine. Only this one is not. I changed the voicemail code. It does not work either.

I had this before and I fixed it by creating a new user and extension.

Can you so kind to provide me some hints ?

Delete the users Account folder in the VM server then restart the service(s)

I deleted account folder and restarted Voicemail pro service.

There folder is not recreated and the voice mail code does not work yet.

Any suggestions ?

Reboot the system when conveniant

Do you mean phone system or the vm server ?

The phone system, deleting the account and restarting the services would normally recreate the account if it hasn't something else has gone screwey

I will need to find a change to reboot the phone later.

I have feeling it is something else has been messed up.

Although I did not change anything at all.
