Voice Mail light is not on

Hi everyone,

I have a hunt group 2485 and it ONLY has one user (2402) in the group. When there is a message on 2485, the light is not on 2402. But we are able to check the vm on 2485.

How can I make the VM light lit up on 2402 ?

The hung group type is linear now.

Could you please help me ?

Make sure x2402 has H2485 listed in it's source number tab

It should be H and huntgroup name !

Ok starting with a basic IP Office course and from then on pressing help and scrolling down

Yeah, HELP is very helpful.
I tried to use this as possible as I can.

Do I just search key word and look through the matched?

But sometimes I used wrong key word and result in no match or even do not know what key word to use.

But anyway, thanks for everyone's help People are so nice here.

when using help, i click on the pane i want info about, then when you hit f1 or click help, it jumps straight to the entry regarding that box.

9 times out of ten it's the bit you want to read.

i see. It is a good tip.
In my case, if I do not know if it caused by source number, how do I know which pane to hit F1.

Could you please share experience? Because I don't want to bother everyone so much.
