VMPro 7.0.36 and IP Office 7.0.35.

When a user who has access to a VM hunt group listens to the beginning of the first new message, then hang up, the second new message is changed to an old message and will either move instantly or will take a few hours to appear. I have created a new huntgroup and it still is occurring (users are not a mamber of the HG but do have source access).

Any ideas what is causing this?

I believe this has been mentioned before and was in fact a known issue/bug :)

I spoke with our Vendor Support, who in-turn chatted with Avaya and they claimed they have heard about it and didn't remember how to resolve it, I did upgrade the VMPro and IP Office to the latest 7.0 revision but this did not resolve it, and Avaya couldn't confirm whether upgrading to 8.0 would resolve it.

I have done repairs and made sure the service was set locally.

Avaya suggested opening a ticket, but I'm not sure how long this would take to resolve and it is a critical mailbox.
