VM wav file not deleting from folder

Has anybody ran across the wav file not deleting from the user's account folder? I have a IP406V2 on 3.1.29 with IMS and no matter if I delete from Outlook or the telephone the wav file stays in the folder. So anytime the IMS message is accessed, it finds the file and plays it again. I cannot get the mwi light to turn off unless the message is deleted from the phone. But the file can still be accessed from IMS. Any help?

Sounds like something along the same lines as the "Use Cached Exchange Mode" problem with Outlook. Maybe it has something to do with that??

It actually turned out to be on the client side. I had to uncheck Local Area Connection under the advanced tab of the Windows firewall. Somehow it was blocking the client from being able to access it.
