We are using a database license with VM Pro 4.2.
It's been working fine for a few weeks. Yesterday it stopped talking to the database and callers were being cut off. I restarted the VM Pro service and it started working straight away.
Is this a known problem? Is there anything that might be wrong with the config to be causing it? Is there anything I can do to prevent it besides restarting the VM pro service every day or so?
