VM pro forwarding meassage

I have a IP office 7.0 with VM pro 6.0. Here is the problem, when trying to forward a message from one mailbox to another, it will only work if I use *17 and log into mailbox that way. When I hit the Message button and log in nothing happens when I press any number while listening to message or after it completes, either 1, or 6. Kind of stumped as to why this is happening. Any ideas.

Thanks, actually was trying it on my system I have set up in my lab, no wonder it doesn't work. I need to upgrade.

6.0 and 7.0 do not mix very good.
