VM Pro 4.2 Call transfer

All,

We have our calls set to go from the IPO to the voicemail pro, through some menus, and then transferred to the hunt group.

Is it possible for the call to be automatically transferred to a shortcode/voicemail module when the conversation with the agent is completed? I don't think it is?

Hello,

Thank you for your help. If the agent transfers the call to the VM is it possible to pick up the agent's extension? The thing I have been able to find is the original cli of the call?
