Our calls take the route IPO > VM Module > Hunt group > transfer to VM module for survey
In the first module we allocate a unique tag to the call. This shows on PM Pro correctly.
Is it possible to pass this tag back to the VM survey module? Or as a second option identify, within the survey module, the extension of the agent who made the transfer? All I've managed to identify so far is the callers cli.
