Visual Voicemail and Groups

Recently installed IP500 with 5.0.15. Several groups were setup, and H<groupname> entered in the Source Numbers fields for the users that need MWI for these groups.

Cannot access messages left for the group with Visual Voicemail. MWI on phone lights, and the count of messages listed next to the group within the Visual Voice program appear; however, when selected, messages are not played. Rather, the phone goes off hook and dials the member of the hunt group in the fashion in which it was programmed.

This has got to be a bug, has anyone else seen this?

I also instructed the customer to change the H<groupname> with HXXX where XXX = HG extension number.

Did you add V<Huntgroupname or number> in the source number of the user?

i had a similar issue but it did not dial the hunt group it just would not play the messages all cleared up when i took broadcast off the group.
