Sounds like you may need more licenses. Whats happening is that everytime a phone generates a call, it records it as a record/extension. This counts towards your license. If you click About eCAS, you'll see something like this:
Switch Extension
Items licensed 5 3,000
Items counted against license 1 (20%) 2,765 (92%)
You can reduce this number by going into Organization?Extension and deleting unassigned numbers... Otherwise the folks at Veramark may have another way - but I think it would involve licensing.

Ps. you can remove the warning if you wanted to, but then your calls would not get rated if the licenses were exceeded.
