using user name instead of machine name

Have a Citrix server running on win 2000, need to tell it to use user name instead of machine name. Addeck reg key to
local machine software\microsoft\winnt\terminal service\compatability\applications\qsi_cps. Added value of dword flags 18. This has worked on out other installs but this one will not work. Has anyone tried/done this before?
