Hey Guys

Very easy question here. I just try to create an Authorization Codes in IPO 9.1.8 but I cant make it work.I block all number starting by 1 in ARS. I just don't know where we enter the code.It never ask for the code.I have try to dial it before and after the number.

My code is created and assigned to ext 201 code is 123456

Example 9 123456 1450 208 xxxx or 9 1450 208 xxxx 123456 but I always get call barred

If I dial a local number it works fine.

If you've set the all 91N numbers to barred as shown then they are barred - the system is working as expected. Authorisation codes are used with shortcodes set to Force Authorisation Code.

Change those short codes back to Dial 3K1 and whilst doing that tick the Force Authorisation Codes checkbox.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Thanks sizbut

But how can I let local call pass without password?

By doing this its always asking for a code

Setup another ARS just like ARS50:Main (say ARS51:Authorised) but with the local shortcodes set to Force Authorisation code.

Then for the user/users who you want to be forced to make calls via that route, add a user short code set to 9N/Dial/N/51:Authorised.

The routing of the user version of the 9N short code will always take precedence over the system version of the 9N short code.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
