username & password for Simphony - CheckPostingDB and Database 1

What is default username and password : Simphony Database , CheckPostingDb and DataStore, i want to connect to database using odbc or SQL Server Management Studio to fetch items data.

If you have Windows admin rights you can just gain access to the database anyway.

Microsoft have it documented.

Hi,

You should be able to access all the databases, once you have access to "sa" user in SQLExpress. Default SA password ( out of the box ) is set to #1mymicros. But if the site implements PA-DSS or workstation hardening then they might have changed SA passwords to something else.

At the same time, you need to make sure SQL Browser service is running and Named-Pipe is enable in SQLExpress.
