Purge Corrupt Check in Simphony

Hi,
I have a corrupt check that can not be opened. Is there a way to force close or purge the check so it no longer shows up in my outstanding balances?

Hello Colin, Yes just logged in to to client and CAPS database and check the checkclose is null for the particular check and make the open and close time some value.

Can you elaborate on that? I dont understand.

I suspect he means set the system to not carry checks forward and purge open ones at nightly Z.
