Upgraded from 3_1_65 to 3_2_54, ?'s regarding IMS etc.

a good rule of thumb is,
if Avaya provides the CD, (ADMIN, VMPRO and USER) for the released version, then yes you should upgrade each application. And now that you have upgraded to .54, you might try upgrading to .57 which was released yesterday. Read the bulletins provided with each release.
